Boots, on a wicker chair on the deck. Ben is behind the chair, visible through the space under the arm.
Boots is very assertive; if something new appears, he has to get on it, play with it, bite it, or otherwise make it his own right away. Ben and Magic are more conservative; they have to wait awhile to make sure the new thing isn't a threat before they will approach it.

Beautiful - both of them.
Thank you!
Ben is harder to get pictures of, since he's so skittish.
but i would like to see his picture...cats are so purrfect!
Lovely! That sounds a lot like our Mirrors--a.k.a. Mr. Cheeky, from the neighbor's kid. (He apparently hangs out in their kitchen sometimes, too.) Our other two also need more time to evaluate.
Agreed, hoping you'll get and post a picture of skittish Ben. :)
Do you know I have a big cat named Magic? Seven years ago, white and gold, he came with a broken leg while I was singing to the moon. Patches of gold on his white nose, green eyes, he still comes when I sing. He is huge like a small horse and he acts like a lion, dignified and slow. Right now he sits by the computer silently demanding the carmels in my card sack. They are not good for him or me but it is hard to deny him. He is saying, you know what I want.
